14. Premium Trial Membership Terms
The Free 1-Month Premium Trial offer is exclusively available to users who are accessing TendersGo Premium for the first time. Each company, organization, or domain name (e.g., *@company.com) is entitled to only one trial account, and only one individual per organization may activate this offer.

TendersGo reserves the right to immediately terminate any free trial if it detects or suspects abuse, misuse, or manipulation of this promotional opportunity. Such misuse includes, but is not limited to:

-
Creating multiple trial accounts under different email addresses, domains, or identities,
-
Using temporary, disposable, or fake email services,
-
Using virtual, prepaid, or temporary credit cards,
-
Submitting misleading, false, or deceptive information to obtain repeated access to the promotion.

If any such activity is identified, TendersGo may cancel or revoke the corresponding trial without prior notice, without refund or compensation, and without accepting any form of appeal or dispute. Users who repeatedly attempt to exploit the promotion may face permanent suspension or ban from TendersGo services.

This discount code is valid for your first order only and is a one-time offer. You won’t be charged during your free 1-month special trial period. ***!" If you do not cancel before the end of the first month, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price."
We’ll send you a notification email before the automatic renewal. During the trial, you’ll enjoy unlimited and full access at no cost.

This free trial is a discretionary promotional offer provided by TendersGo to support genuine first-time users. TendersGo retains the full and exclusive right to:

-
Modify, suspend, or terminate the free trial program at any time,
-
Change the eligibility criteria, duration, or availability of the offer,
-
Withdraw or disable the free trial before its stated expiration date, for any reason and without notice.

By registering for the free trial, users explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms and confirm that they have not previously used TendersGo Premium under any account, domain, or identity.

TendersGo reserves the absolute right to enforce this policy and to deny any requests, appeals, or claims arising from canceled or revoked trial accounts.

Credit or Debit Card Verification Requirement
To prevent abuse of the free trial offer and to ensure that only genuine users register, TendersGo requires a valid credit or debit card for verification. Your card will be authorized for validation purposes only—no charges will be made during the 1-month trial period.

Secure Payment with Stripe All payment processing is handled by Stripe, the world’s leading payment platform trusted by millions of businesses, including Amazon, Google, Shopify, and BMW. Stripe processes hundreds of billions of dollars annually and complies with the highest global security standards (PCI DSS Level 1 certification).

15. Email Notifications, Automatic Renewal, and User Responsibility
Email Notification Disclaimer
TendersGo fulfills its notification obligations by sending emails to the email address provided by the user during registration or updated within the account settings. Email notifications shall be deemed validly delivered upon dispatch by TendersGo’s system.
TendersGo shall not be held responsible for any failure to receive notification emails due to reasons including, but not limited to, spam or junk filtering, email provider restrictions, firewall rules, full mailboxes, inactive or incorrect email addresses, or any technical limitations of third-party email services.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that emails from TendersGo are receivable, including checking spam or junk folders and maintaining an active and accessible email account. Failure to receive, read, or acknowledge notification emails shall not constitute grounds for refunds, charge reversals, or dispute of fees.
Automatic Renewal and Billing Responsibility
All paid subscriptions on TendersGo are subject to automatic renewal unless canceled by the user prior to the renewal date. Automatic renewal is enabled by default and remains active unless manually disabled by the user through the Membership Management page.
TendersGo may send notification emails prior to renewal as a courtesy. However, regardless of whether such emails are received or read, users remain fully responsible for managing their subscription and renewal settings.
If automatic renewal is not canceled before the renewal date and the system generates a legal invoice and processes the payment, the charge shall be considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made on the same calendar day as the automatic charge, or after the invoice has been issued, shall be deemed invalid and shall not entitle the user to any refund.
One-Time Free Trial and Promotional Offer Terms
The 1-month free trial offered by TendersGo is a one-time promotional benefit available only to first-time users. The free trial provides full and unlimited access during the trial period at no cost.
The free trial does not automatically cancel at the end of the trial period. Users who activate the free trial expressly acknowledge and agree that the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless the automatic renewal is canceled before the renewal date.
All information regarding automatic renewal, cancellation requirements, and billing obligations is clearly disclosed on the free trial activation screen, within the user account, and throughout TendersGo’s policies.
Failure to cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date shall result in automatic billing. Once a legal invoice is generated and payment is processed, no refund shall be issued, regardless of usage, intent, oversight, or user claims.
Subscription Management Obligation
Users acknowledge that subscription status, renewal dates, billing history, and cancellation options are continuously available through the user’s account dashboard. Monitoring and managing subscription settings is the sole responsibility of the user.
TendersGo shall not be liable for user negligence, inattention, or failure to review account information.
Misuse, Abuse, and Trial Exploitation
Any attempt to misuse the platform, abuse promotional offers, exploit free trials, create multiple accounts for trial access, use temporary or disposable email addresses, provide false registration information, or otherwise circumvent system controls shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
In such cases, TendersGo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice. No refunds, credits, or compensation shall be issued for accounts terminated due to misuse or abuse.
Binding Acceptance
By registering for, accessing, or using TendersGo, users expressly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including automatic renewal obligations, email notification disclaimers, and refund limitations. Claims based on lack of awareness, failure to receive notifications, or misunderstanding of subscription mechanics shall not relieve users of their contractual obligations.

TendersGo Refund Policy

At TendersGo, we strive to provide a robust platform that helps our users access valuable tender information across various countries. However, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all users. Below are the detailed conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Service Unavailability
Refunds will be issued if TendersGo is unable to provide the necessary website access due to technical failures or prolonged downtime, rendering the platform inaccessible for users. This applies when users are completely unable to access TendersGo's services despite meeting all technical requirements and having a valid account.

1.2 Limited to Platform Access
Refunds are strictly limited to situations where the platform itself is inaccessible. If users or members are able to access TendersGo, refunds will not be granted. TendersGo offers 10 free views upon email verification (and some users may also receive a 1-week free premium trial) to allow exploration of the platform before making a financial commitment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
2.1 Personal Expectations
Refund requests cannot be made based solely on a member's personal expectations not being met. TendersGo operates as a search engine that aggregates and directs users to third-party resources. We do not guarantee that these external resources will meet individual user expectations or requirements.

2.2 External Resource Access Issues
TendersGo has no control over the content, availability, or functionality of third-party websites or documents linked through our platform. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds if a user encounters issues such as broken links, inaccessible documents, or language barriers on external sites. Users acknowledge that TendersGo's role is to facilitate access to these resources, not to manage or control them.

2.3 Responsibility for Tender Documents
TendersGo is not responsible for providing or hosting tender documents, such as RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, RFTs, ITBs, and others. Our platform directs users to sources where these documents may be found. Given the varied and often non-standardized data structures and legal frameworks across countries, it is not feasible for TendersGo to guarantee access to every specific document. Users should be aware that official procurement portals and purchasing platforms operate independently and may have their own access restrictions.

3. Refund Processing
3.1 Deduction of Fees
In the event of a refund being approved, any associated bank or transaction fees incurred during the purchase or refund process will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are the responsibility of the member and will not be reimbursed by TendersGo.

3.2 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, members must contact TendersGo’s customer support team with detailed information about their issue. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. TendersGo reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

4. Special Considerations
4.1 Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Refunds will not be granted for services accessed during free trials or promotional periods. These offers are designed to allow users to evaluate TendersGo’s services before committing to a paid plan. Users are encouraged to make full use of these trials to determine if the platform meets their needs.

4.2 Cancellation of Subscriptions
If a user chooses to cancel their subscription, they may do so at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for any remaining time on the subscription unless the cancellation is due to a proven fault on TendersGo’s part. Members will continue to have access to the platform for the duration of the current billing cycle.

4.3 Force Majeure
TendersGo will not be liable for refunds in situations arising from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, or changes in government regulations that impact the availability of tender information.

5. Misuse of Platform and Data Scraping Policy
Any use of TendersGo for purposes other than its intended function, including data scraping, data collection, bot activity, unauthorized copying of data, or sharing information for commercial purposes without TendersGo's written consent, may result in account suspension. If any such activities are detected, TendersGo reserves the right to block accounts, including both paid and free memberships. Paid members' accounts may be permanently closed without any refund.

***!" TendersGo will also block or permanently restrict access to users engaged in malicious activities, such as using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, data scraping, or similar actions without TendersGo’s approval. In cases where system security protocols or TendersGo's security team identifies such behavior, accounts may be temporarily or permanently blocked. No refund will be issued under these circumstances."

TendersGo will not be liable for refunds in situations arising from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, or changes in government regulations that impact the availability of tender information.

4.4 One-Time Free Trial and Automatic Renewal Policy
The 1-month free trial offered by TendersGo is a one-time promotional offer available exclusively to first-time users. This trial provides full and unlimited access to the platform at no cost for the duration of the trial period.

During the free trial period, no charges will be applied. However, unless the user actively cancels the automatic renewal before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular subscription price in effect at that time.
TendersGo clearly and explicitly informs users on the free trial activation screen, within the Membership Management page, and across its policies that:
Automatic renewal is enabled by default.
It is the sole responsibility of the member to cancel the automatic renewal prior to the renewal date.
Failure to cancel will result in automatic subscription renewal and billing.
A notification email is sent prior to the automatic renewal to inform the user of the upcoming charge.
If the automatic renewal is not canceled in time and the system generates a legal invoice and processes the payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations made on the same day the automatic payment is processed or after the invoice has been issued are considered invalid by the system and do not entitle the member to a refund.
The 1-month free trial does not automatically cancel at the end of the trial period. Users who activate the free trial acknowledge and accept that they must manually cancel the automatic renewal if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
Refund requests based on claims such as oversight, forgetfulness, lack of awareness, or post-payment cancellation requests will not be accepted. TendersGo does not issue refunds for charges resulting from failure to cancel automatic renewal after benefiting from the free trial.
By activating the 1-month free trial, users expressly agree to these terms and acknowledge that all relevant information regarding automatic renewal, cancellation responsibility, and refund limitations has been clearly disclosed across TendersGo’s platform and policies.

4.5 Email Notification and User Responsibility Disclaimer
Email notifications regarding upcoming automatic renewals are sent by TendersGo to the email address provided by the user during registration and are considered valid and sufficient notice once dispatched by our system.
TendersGo is not responsible for email delivery issues arising from, but not limited to:
Spam or junk mail filtering
Email server restrictions
Incorrect or inactive email addresses
Mailbox storage limits
Email provider policies or technical failures
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:
Their registered email address is accurate and active
Emails from TendersGo are not blocked or filtered
Spam or junk folders are regularly checked
Failure to receive, notice, read, or acknowledge notification emails does not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, or reversal of charges.
Regardless of email delivery or receipt, all subscription details, renewal dates, and automatic renewal settings are continuously and clearly accessible via the user’s Membership Management page. Users are expected to manage their subscription status directly through their account.
TendersGo’s obligation is limited to sending the notification email. The responsibility to monitor account status and cancel automatic renewal rests entirely with the member.

In cases where system security protocols or TendersGo's security team identifies such behavior, accounts may be temporarily or permanently blocked. No refund will be issued under these circumstances.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using TendersGo, all members agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that they have been provided with adequate opportunity to review these terms. This policy is designed to be transparent and to protect both the company and the user by setting clear expectations.

Responsibility for Requests in the B2B Module
TendersGo provides a platform for users to create and view various types of requests, including but not limited to import requests, export requests, partnership, and collaboration inquiries in the B2B module. However, TendersGo is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any requests created by users or members. All such requests are solely the responsibility of the users or members who submit them.

TendersGo cannot be held accountable for any false or misleading statements, errors, or omissions within any requests posted on the platform. Our role is limited to enabling the publication of requests and allowing other users and members to view them. The accuracy, reliability, and validity of the requests are the sole responsibility of the users and members who created them.
Users and members are responsible for verifying the accuracy and trustworthiness of any requests before taking any action. TendersGo does not offer any guarantees regarding the accuracy of the information provided within the requests or endorse any particular request. We do not provide any direction or assurance regarding the correctness of the information.

TendersGo will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or commercial disputes arising from any business relationships or transactions resulting from these requests. All such matters are solely the responsibility of the parties involved in the request and the associated transactions.

Account Suspension Due to Suspicious or Excessive Activity
Suspicious Activity Monitoring
TendersGo actively monitors user activity to maintain the integrity and security of our platform. If a user exhibits behavior that is deemed suspicious—such as attempts to bypass security protocols, automation of actions, or behavior patterns indicating potential misuse—the account may be temporarily blocked.

Example: A user attempting to access the platform using IP addresses from different countries within a short period (e.g., 1 or 5 minutes) will be considered as trying to bypass our security protocols.
Consequence: In such cases, the account will be temporarily suspended for 3 hours, and the user will be notified. Repeated occurrences of this behavior—if detected 3 times—will result in a permanent account block. If the user does not contact TendersGo at contact@tendersgo.com within 15 days, the account may be permanently deleted.
Excessive Usage Limits
To ensure fair usage and prevent platform abuse, TendersGo enforces limits on the number of page visits and queries within a specified period.

Example: A user performing more than 2000 page visits or queries within a one-hour timeframe.
Consequence: Accounts exceeding these limits will be temporarily blocked for 3 hours. Repeated violations may result in further action, including longer suspension periods or permanent account termination.
Equal Application Across Memberships
These conditions apply to all users, regardless of membership type. Whether a user holds a paid or free membership, the same rules and consequences will be enforced without exception.

Appeal Process
Users who believe their account has been mistakenly suspended can contact TendersGo’s support team at contact@tendersgo.com to resolve the issue. TendersGo reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the reactivation or deletion of an account based on its security protocols and internal investigation.

By continuing to use the TendersGo platform, users agree to comply with these rules and understand the potential consequences of violating them.

Addendum: Accuracy of Published Advertisements

TendersGo ("the Website") provides a search engine service that offers tender announcements, procurement notices, RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotes), and related information from various sources worldwide. It is important to note that TendersGo acts solely as an intermediary and does not independently verify the accuracy of the content in the published advertisements.

1. Responsibility for Data Accuracy

TendersGo collects tender-related data from various institutions and sources, including government agencies, private organizations, and other public entities. As such, the responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the tender advertisement content lies solely with the institution or entity that published the advertisement.
